If you live in a subdivision, there is probably a set of restrictions that homeowners must follow. If there is no Homeowners Association Management, then how do those rules get followed to ensure that other homes around you are not negatively effecting the value of your home?

We are here to help!
JNM Realty Group manages many HOA's. This job requires billing and collecting annual dues to all homeowners.
We also maintain common areas that all homeowners use, such as a pool, walking trails, playground, tennis courts, etc.

We must enforce the subdivisions covenants, conditions, and regulations.

We also assist the Board of Directors with creating and maintaining yearly budgeting.
