NO PET PROPERTY

PET FRIENDLY

If you own a pet, you probably understand that they can be part of your family. In fact, 67% of households have a pet. When you allow pets into your rental, you open up a larger pool of potentially quality tenants. Along with this, you may be able to increase revenue by collecting higher rent for the accommodation. With allowing tenants to have pets, it is likely that you will have a more long term, happy tenant.

NO PET PROPERTY

If you manage/own rental properties, it is likely you have seen the drawbacks of allowing pets. When you have a no pet property, you are saving yourself from noise complaints from barking, pest control for fleas, and possible insurance claims. No pet properties also can save on carpet costs. Allowing pets can be very costly if not taken care of properly. Even when collecting a pet fee, sometimes the damages outweigh that income.
